This handbuilt porcelain French butter dish brings both beauty and transformation to your countertop. Inspired by the Shape of Change collection, its floral patterns and hand-painted details echo the way small rituals shape our days—quiet acts that anchor us as the seasons turn.

Pack ¼ lb of butter into the cup on the underside of the lid, add ½ cup of water to the base, and invert the lid to create a natural water seal that keeps butter cool, fresh, and perfectly spreadable. Change the water once a week and your butter can stay on the counter for up to a month, even in warm weather—a tiny, daily luxury.

Approximately 11 cm (4½") wide × 11 cm (4½") high, this butter keeper is as functional as it is beautiful. Each one is handbuilt, hand-painted, and finished with care in our Boswell studio. Dishwasher- and microwave-safe.
