This slab-built porcelain mug and coaster set is hand-painted, and is dishwasher and microwave safe.

The coaster is designed to accommodate the base of the mug, but it can also be used as a lid to cover the mug while tea is steeping. The coaster can alternatively be used to hold the tea bag after the tea has steeped, to serve a small snack, or whatever other use you can imagine.

The mug is approximately 10cm (4") wide x 12cm (4 ¾") tall with a volume of 400ml (14oz). The matching coaster is approximately 12 cm (4 ¾”) in diameter.
